摘  要:文章探讨了工科全日制专业学位研究生实践与创新能力培养模式。首先,分析当前全日制专业学位研究生培养过程中出现的"重理论,轻实践"与"岗前培训"两类导致研究生创新能力与激情缺失的培养模式问题。其次,提出基于校企共建的高校重点实验室与工科研究生校外实践基地,以校内导师与实践基地企业导师的"双导师"制为主的交通运输类工科全日制专业学位研究生实践能力培养模式,并提出其实施方案。最后,以山东建筑大学交通工程学院为例,说明该培养模式的实施环境与实施条件,为类似专业的全日制专业学位研究生培养模式的制定提供参考。Training Mode of Full-time professional graduate degree of engineering Major was discussed.Firstly,two types of issues in the training process which caused the lack of innovation ability and passion for graduate students were analyzed.They are "Emphasis on theory,contempt for practice" and"Pre-job training".Secondly,the new mode of Full-time professional graduate degree of Transportation Major was proposed,which based on the laboratory of School-enterprise cooperation and practice base.The mode gave first place to the Dual Tutorial of supervisor in university and tutor outsides.At last,take School of Transportation Engineering of Shandong Jianzhu University as example,the implementation of environment and conditions for this mode were explained,which can provide reference for training Full-time professional graduate students of engineering major.
