摘  要:发展中职教育是我国中长期教育改革的要求,而在民族地区发展中职教育具有明显特点。发展中职教育将推动民族地区经济发展,实现社会公平与稳定。民族地区发展中职教育的优势体现为潜在生源充足、就业环境宽松、就业机会较多,发展劣势为办学条件差、经费投入少,应通过加大财政倾斜力度,打造品牌示范校及搭建校企合作平台等措施助力民族地区中职教育发展。Development of vocational education is our long-term education reform requirements,and vocational education in ethnic minority areas has obvious characteristics. Vocational education development will promote economic development in ethnic areas,realize social fairness and stability. Enough students,liberal employment environment and more employment opportunities are development advantages of vocational education in ethnic minority areas. In addition,there also have some disadvantage,such as poor school conditions and less school funding. We should take some measures by investing more funds,branding model school and building a school-enterprise cooperation platform to develop vocational education in ethnic minority areas.
