基于SWOT分析下的高职院校战略发展研究

摘　　要：本文主要是以高职院校的战略发展为研究对象,使用SWOT分析法对高职院校所具有的内部优势、劣势,面临的外部机遇和挑战进行了分析,并在分析的基础上,从实现多元化办学体制、提升师资队伍水平、对教学体系和课程内容进行改革以及以市场为导向进行教学调整四个方面提出了对高职院校战略发展的建议。This essay's main research objective is the strategic development of higher vocational colleges. Using theSWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the internal strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges ofhigher vocational colleges. Based of the analysis results,I pinpoint 4 different aspects:The implementation ofdiversification in the school system;Improvement of teachers' levels;Innovation in the curriculum system and teachingcontent;The market guidance of necessary teaching adjustments. Thus,I am putting forward 4 suggestions on thestrategic development of higher vocational colleges.
