摘　　要：通过概述国内外有关就业能力内涵和结构相关研究成果,对高职院校学生就业能力内涵和结构研究进行了梳理和总结,提出了相关研究存在的不足,并为后续研究提供建议。Through an overview of domestic and foreign research results about the connotation and structure of employability, this paper summarizes the connotation and structure of employability in higher vocational colleges, reveals the insufficiency of the related research and puts forward suggestions for further research.
