摘　　要：近年来，随着高等职业教育的迅速发展，加强高职院校绩效管理，强化绩效考核等管理措施是实现高职院校未来发展的关键。然而如何制定出一套符合高职院校自身发展需要的绩效考核体系，如何让绩效考核的结果更有信度，如何让绩效考核的结果发挥作用，这些问题都值得我们去探讨、分析和完善。With the fast development of higher vocational education in recent years, strengtheningperformance management in higher vocational colleges has become the key to the development of the colleges. Toformulate a performance appraisal system and to enhance the credibility of appraisal results and maximize theirvalue is a subject worth in-depth discussion and analysis.
