摘 要:我国高职院校教学管理存在体制不健全、运行机制不优化等问题。要解决教学管理体制不健全的问题,必须坚定不移地实行党委领导、校长负责、教授治学、依法治校、民主管理的教学管理体制,妥善处理学术管理与行政管理的关系,进一步完善教学工作委员会制度,明确界定教务处的权责界限,突出教学实施机构的主体地位。要解决教学管理运行机制不优化的问题,必须开放决策,增强决断,优化决策机制;强化服务,运用激励,优化推进机制;完善标准,强力纠偏,优化调控机制;增强力量,改进手段,优化监督反馈机制;注重实质,强化约束,优化评价机制。There are some problems of imperfect system and not optimized operation mechanism in the teaching management of higher vocational colleges. To solve the above problem, we must unswervingly implement the teaching management system of the leadership of the Party committee, principal-responsible, professor-teaching, law school and democratic management; properly handle the relationship between academic management and administrative management; further improve the teaching committee system,clearly define the boundaries of responsibilities of the registry, highlight the teaching institutions subject position. To solve the optimization problems of the teaching management mechanism, we must open the decision, enhance the decision, optimize the decision-making mechanism; strengthen the service, use incentive mechanisms to promote, optimize; improve standards, strong rectification,optimize the regulation mechanism; improve strength, promote means, optimize the supervision feedback mechanism; focuson the essence, strengthen the restriction and optimize evaluation mechanism.
