摘　　要：慕课的深入发展与应用激发了全球范围内的教育教学创新,然而,慕课教学也面临着挑战和质疑——如何在利用教育技术创新的同时有效教授成千上万学习者?学习者如何才能在慕课环境下有效地、成功地学习?从教学法角度看,慕课教学设计不能沿袭传统的课堂教学理念、模式和手段,而需要符合在线教学环境下的创新设计以满足慕课学习者的学习需求。然而,现有慕课设计倾向于把技术作为解决教学问题的灵丹妙药,忽视了教学设计、学习模式和教学互动的重要性。针对这一问题,本文在分析、研究现行慕课教学方法缺陷的基础上,根据不同的学习模式,即,作为知识获取的学习(learning as acquisition)、作为活动参与的学习(learning as participation)和作为知识创造的学习(learning as knowledge creation),以及社交互动理论,从教学设计的角度系统阐述了慕课教学法设计,以增强技术赋能的教学时代慕课教学的有效性,并建构了慕课教学法概念图以促进慕课教学发展和学习者学习绩效的提升,并对今后的慕课教学法设计提出了建议。In the MOOCs era, traditional teaching and learning approaches are insufficient to cope with pedagogical issues arising from massive online learners. However, current MOOCs pedagogical practices focus on the technological aspect of instruction, ignoring pedagogical designs, learning models and social interaction.In respond to these problems, the paper undertakes to propose instructional designs from the perspectives of learning models,namely, learning as acquisition, learning as participation and learning as knowledge creation,and social interaction in MOOCs environment to construct a conceptual map of MOOC teaching and learning theory and practice with the aim to improve the effectiveness of MOOC instruction. And the paper also presents some recommendations for future MOOCs pedagogical designs for the overall facilitation and improvement of learning in MOOCs.
