摘  要:针对夏季太湖西岸近岸带沉积物中典型颗粒态致嗅物质:β-环柠檬醛、β-紫罗兰酮,进行研究分析.利用顶空固相微萃取的方法富集以及气质联用技术检测出太湖毛渎港近岸带沉积物中两种颗粒态致嗅物质.结果表明,其在沉积物表层含量最高,其中β-环柠檬醛含量达797.88ng/(g·dw),β-紫罗兰酮含量达1669.37ng/(g·dw),远远高出嗅阈值.空间分布上:在近岸带,表层沉积物(0-4cm)自然芦苇带内2种颗粒态致嗅物质的含量高于人工挖掘的漕沟内;近岸带嗅味物质明显高于湖区内.研究认为,藻类大量聚集死亡沉积至湖泊底部,降低沉积物的Eh,促进了致嗅物质的产生,为湖泛的暴发留下隐患.建议近岸带蓝藻聚集区适时打捞,底泥疏浚等生态治理措施,降低湖泛风险.In this study,two typical particulate taste and odor compounds ofβ-Cyclocitral andβ-Ionone in the sedimentsof the west littoral zone of Lake Taihu were investigated,by applying the headspace solid phase micro extraction methodand the preconcentration and temperament combined technology.The results displayed that the highest contents of theβ-Cyclocitral andβ-Ionone in the surface sediments around the Maodu River was detected to be797.88ng/(g?dw)and1669.37ng/(g?dw),respectively,which was far higher than that of olfactory threshold.In the spatial distribution,thecontent of the taste and odor compounds was higher in natural reed zone than that of the artificial reed ditch in the surfacesediment(<4cm),and similarly,it was higher in the near shore than that of in the open area.When the high-densitycyanobacteria gathered,died and deposited to the bottom of the lake,the sediment Eh was reduced,which promoted theproduce of taste and odor compounds and the formation of black-bloom.Therefore,we propose to immediately removethe cyanobacteria and dredge the sediments in the littoral zone of Lake Taihu.
