摘　　要：实践教学是实现全日制工程硕士专业学位研究生培养目标的关键环节。本文阐述了实践教学对工程硕士培养的重要性,以及它所蕴含的内涵,之后分别从转变实践教学理念、变革管理机制体制、构建实践教学体系、加强师资队伍建设、完善实践教学课程、建设校内实践基地、拓展校外实践基地等七个方面对如何构建一个科学、完善、合理的工程硕士实践教学培养体系进行了探索。Practice teaching is a key link to achieve training objectives for a full-time professional master degree of engineering graduate students.This paper expounds the importance of practice teaching in the education of master of engineering,as well as the connotation.After then fromthe transformation practice teaching concept,change management mechanism system,build a practical teaching system,strengthening the construction of teacher's team,improve the practice teaching courses,campus practice base and expand off-campus practice base seven aspects to explore how to build a scientific,complete and reasonable practice teaching systemfor master of engineering.
