摘　　要："95"后大学生具有思维活跃、个性多样化的特点。本文从"95"后大学生特征出发,结合山东农业大学资源与环境学院新生入学教育的实践案例,深入剖析当下"95后"大学生入学教育工作所存在的问题,从而提出针对"95后"大学生入学教育的创新与实践模式。College students born after 1995s are active in mind,with multi-characteristics. Based on these features,we made an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in college students' enrollment education,combining freshmen in College of Resource and Environment,Shandong Agricultural University. As a result,we can put forward the innovative mode of college enrollment education.
