摘 要:为了进一步实现电动方程式赛车转向齿条轻量化和提高抗弯强度,设计了一种组合式转向齿条,其包括第一构件和第二构件两部分。第一构件为具有齿形区域和安装区域半圆形杆体,设计了不同形状的齿条安装齿来满足不同使用需求,第二构件为中间设有凹槽的铝制柱状杆体,减轻了整体质量,两个构件均设计了安装斜面,采用螺栓进行连接,安装布置方便、灵活。In order to further realize the electric formula car steering rack light weight and improve the bending strength,a combined steering gear rack is designed, which comprises a first component and a second component.The first component is provided with a tooth shaped region and a half circular rod body, and the rack mounting teeth of different shapes are designed to meet different needs.The second component is provided with a groove in the middle of the aluminum column shaped rod body, and the integral quality is reduced.The two components are designed to install the inclined plane, the bolt is connected,.The installation is convenient and flexible.
