摘　　要：为了加强高校思想政治理论课教师师德建设,发现存在的问题,探寻解决的办法,在实证调查的基础上,针对存在的主要问题,提出了三项对策:制定基于法律精神的高校教师职业道德规范是根本,构建高校师德建设的良好机制是关键,对马克思主义的真懂真信是核心。Problems existing in the ethical construction of teachers of Ideological and Political Theory are discussedthrough empirical study.Three corresponding solutions are proposed:formulating university teachers'professionalethical criteria,establishing effective mechanism for professional ethical construction,and the true faith in Marxismtheories.
