摘　　要：为分析铁岭市食品使用食品添加剂情况,选取铁岭市区10种市售食品进行检测,并作出评估。测得样品总合格率,其中,一些项目检测中出现超标情况。因此,应强化食品销售的检查工作,切实维护消费者的合法权益。To analyze the use of food additives in food,10kinds of commercially available food in the citywere selected and the samples were tested and evaluated.Results the total qualified rate of the samples wasmeasured,some items were found to exceed the standard.The relevant departments should strengthen theinspection of food sales and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
