摘　　要：人才引进工作,既是高职院校人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分,也是其人才队伍建设的重要环节。本文就高职院校人才引进工作中普遍存在的问题,对其产生原因进行分析,并提出解决问题的对策,希望对从事人才引进工作的实务工作人员及管理人员有所启发。The introduction of talent is not only an important part of human resource management in vocational colleges, but also an important part of the construction of talent team. The paper analyzes the reasons caused in the introduction of talents in vocational colleges, and the author comes up with strategies to solve the problems, in order to give some practical enlightenment to the practice of staff and management personnel engaged in the work of introducing talents.
