西部地区煤炭行业技术技能人才需求现状分析与研究

摘　　要：西部地区是我国重要的资源供给地区,具有丰富的煤炭、石油、天然气等资源,对于支持我国经济发展起到关键的促进作用,为我国工业发展奠定坚实的基础。在西部地区煤炭存储量占有很大比例,煤炭资源的开发需要大量煤炭行业技术技能人才。本文对西部地区煤炭行业技术技能人才需求现状进行总结分析,分析在经济新常态下西部地区煤炭高职院校和部分煤炭企业人力资源现状,提出职业院校技术技能人才培养需要注意的问题,探索出一条适合西部煤炭行业发展的道路。The western region is an important resource supply area in China,is rich in coal,petroleum,natural gas and other resources,to support China's economic development plays a key role in promoting,and lay a solid foundation for the development of the industry of our country.In the western region of coal storage occupies a large proportion of coal resources development requires a large number of coal industry technical skills talent.This article on the current status ofthe coal industry needs the technical skills of personnel in western region analysis,analysis of coal in the western region of Higher Vocational Colleges and the part of the coal enterprise human resources situation under the new economic norm,the need to pay attention to the problem of talent occupation colleges technical skills training,to explore a suitable development of the western coal industry road.
