摘  要:招聘和求职是企业和从业人员都关心的问题。随着社会发展,企业招聘形式也开始多样化,网络、报刊、招聘会等等为企业招聘提供了更多的平台。有些公司领导对人事部门不太重视,认为没有必要设立专门的人事机构,而招聘对于公司的发展很重要,它是公司人才补充的途径,甚至招聘的人才决定了企业以后的发展。在如今激烈的竞争环境下,公司拥有适应时代的人才,才能更好促进企业的发展壮大。所以在公司发展中要重视招聘这一工作,制定好招聘计划。Recruitment and employment,enterprises and employees are concerned about the topic.With the social development,in the form of corporate recruiters have begun to diversify.Networks,newspapers,job fairs,etc.to provide more business recruitment platform.there are administrative department leadership Leadership concurrently,for many personnel do not understand the process,and recruitment is important for the company's development,it is the company's personnel complement pathway,even hiring people decide what kind of business development after the sentence is not exaggerated.In today's competitive environment,the company has the talent to adapt to the times,in order to better promote the development and growth of enterprises.Therefore,development of the company should pay attention to the recruitment of this work to develop good recruitment plan.
