摘 要:高中学业水平考试是新一轮考试招生制度改革确立的新型教育评价制度。高中学业水平考试在推行过程中遭遇的阻力包括制度阻力、实施阻力、学校阻力、教师阻力、学生阻力。究其原因在于该制度本身的不完善、师生的"高考文化"适应性、教育资源配置失衡。为此,我们应修正高中学业水平考试制度以确立其合法性,建构专业化与完整的配套保障体系,探索课程与教学管理的地区适应性,实现教师的身份重建,积极引导学生的适应性。The exam of academic proficiency for senior high school is a new educational evaluation system under the background of the new round of admission reform.In the process of pushing,the exam of academic proficiency encounters some resistances,which includes system resistance,operation resistance,school resistance,teacher resistance and student resistance.The reasons lie in that the system itself is not perfect,the adaptability of teachers and students to college entrance examination and the imbalance in the allocation of educational resources.Therefore,we should revise the exam system of academic proficiency to establish its legality,construct a professional and complete supporting system and explore the regional adaptability of the curriculum and instruction management.Furthermore,we should realize the reconstruction of teacher’s identity and actively guide the adaptability of students.
