摘　　要：《食品标准与法规》对从事食品相关工作起到重要作用。针对目前课程教学中存在的问题,对教学内容、教学方式、考核方式进行改革,着眼于提升整体的教学效果,以满足社会对食品专业人才的需求。The"Food standards and regulations"course play an important role in the food related works.To resolve the problems existing in the current teaching,the teaching contents,teaching methods and the examination methods are reformed,and this will improve the overall teaching effect and meet the social demand for food professionals.
