摘 要:本文主要探讨Mini-CEX在呼吸内科住院医师培养中的应用及价值。选取2014年7月~2015年7月间上海市肺科医院22名新入职内科住院医师,通过Mini-CEX对他们进行考核,每名住院医师接受6次考核。经过MiniCEX考核,住院医师认识到自身的知识缺陷,并有针对性地加以改进,各项临床能力均明显提高,末次Mini-CEX各项测评项目成绩显著高于初次(P<0.01),教师和住院医师对132次Mini-CEX考核满意度均达90%以上。MiniCEX是一种简单易行、效果显著的医学教学方法,值得在呼吸内科住院医师培养中应用并推广。To study the value of mini clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in training respiratory residents,all22new respiratory residents of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital were evaluated by Mini-CEX from July2014to July2015.Eachrespiratory resident was evaluated for6times.The respiratory residents realized their weaknesses through Mini-CEX,andtheir clinical competence was improved by strengthening exercises.There was significant statistics difference between thefirst and the last Mini-CEX scores(P<0.01).Teachers’and residents’satisfaction rate with Mini-CEX was more than90%.Mini-CEX is a convenient and effective medical teaching method.The implementation of Mini-CEX is benefitial to betterdevelopment of the respiratory residents.
