摘 要:传统的教学方式针对于心脏外科住院医师规范化培训存在一定的弊端,在新媒体环境下,多媒体教学能够改善学习环境,提高学习效率。以PBL(problem based learning)教学法为基础的带教不仅提高了带教的针对性,也提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高教学质量。将多媒体教学和PBL教学相结合运用于心脏外科住院医师规范化培训中能够大大改善教学系统。The traditional teaching methods for cardiac surgery resident standardization training has some disadvantages,the multimedia teaching can optimize the learning environment,improve the learning efficiency.PBL(problem based learning)method not only improves the pertinence of teaching,but also improves students’learning enthusiasm and initiative and improves the quality of teaching.The combination of multimedia teaching and PBL teaching can greatly improve the teaching system in the standardized training of cardiac surgical residents.
