摘　　要：高职教育教学的过程实际上是一种面向学生的服务活动。本研究将SERVQUAL模型引入生物化工类专业基础仪器分析课程的教学质量评价体系,从学生角度出发探索建立课程系统量化的教学质量评价方法,尝试从学生需求的角度对高职相关课程的课堂教学质量进行评价,以期能在提高教学质量的过程中突出学生的主体地位,重视学生对课程教学质量的满意度。The process of classroom teaching in higher vocational education is a kind of service activitiesfor student.This paper introduce the SERVQUAL model into the classroom teaching quality evaluationsystem of instrumental analysis course in the basic biochemistry specialty,explore the establishment ofquantitative evaluation of classroom teaching quality from the perspective of students,try to evaluate thequality of higher vocational courses from the perspective of students'needs,in order to highlight in thesubject position of the students in the process of improving the quality of teaching,and pay attention tothe students'satisfaction to the teaching quality of the course.
