摘　　要：国家高度重视国有企业高管人员薪酬制度改革,为规范国企负责人薪酬秩序、优化薪酬结构、完善考核机制,先后出台了一系列指导性文件。现根据国家的政策指导,结合建筑企业现状,就如何建立完善高管人员薪酬体系予以研讨。The state has attached great importance to the reform of the state-owned enterprise executives pay system,and to regulatethe compensation order,optimize the compensation structure,improve the assessment mechanism,has issued a series of guidancedocuments.According to the national policy guidance,combined with the status of construction enterprises,how to establish the perfectcompensation system will be discussed.
