《颜氏家训》论语文教师的素养

摘　　要：《颜氏家训》是我国现存最早的教育著作,认为教师的素养包括明确教学目的、了解教学内容、掌握教学方法、具备教师素质,素质又包括道德、知识和能力三个方面。以上四种素养对于现代语文教学,都是有益的启发。Admonitions of the Yan Family is Chinese earliest existing educational works which considers that teachers'professionalism includes making teaching goals clearly,understanding teaching contents,grasping teaching methods and having the quality of teachers.And the quality of teachers'includes moral quality,knowledge and ability.The above four aspects are useful inspirations for modern Chinese teaching.
