摘　　要："教师职业技能"综合运用是现代教师必不可缺少的一种综合能力。文章研究采用真实教学案例《九色鹿》,进行"童话引路"教学设计,通过可操作性的课堂观测和课堂调研,让教师职业技能"5+X"培养模式中的"五"项基本教师职业技能和"X"项特色教师职业技能得以在课堂教学中综合呈现,进而探讨"教师职业技能"综合运用的策略、技巧和注意点。The comprehensive application of"Teachers'professionalskills"is an indispensable comprehensive ability of modernteachers.In the article,using the real teaching case"A Deerof Nine Colors",the writer carries out the teaching design with a"fairy tale"as the introduction,in order to comprehensively showthe five basic professional skills and several featured professionalskills of teachers'professional skills through operable classroomobservation and classroom investigation.Then the writer exploresthe strategies,techniques and tips for the comprehensive applicationof"teachers'professional skills".
