摘 要:通过分析高等职业教育教学质量保障体系中存在的问题,提出结合学院实际,建立行业、企业、教育行政主管部门等共同参与的多维度开放质量监控体系,树立质量目标意识,建立针对学院发展、专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍、课程教学等教学质量目标,形成可量化的教学质量目标监控体系,建立教师年度考核量化考核和激励机制,设立分层分级的考试机制,建立多元化指标的人才质量考核体系,全面提高育人质量。By analyzing of the existing problems in higher vocational education teaching quality guarantee system,the opinion waspoint out in this paper,that establishing industry,enterprise and participation of the competent administrative department for educationmulti-dimensional open quality monitoring system,combining the reality of college and fostering a sense of quality objectives is put forward.The paper also proposed some methods to improve the quality of education in an all-round way,such as to set up teaching quality goal forcollege development,professional construction,course construction,teaching staff,curriculum teaching,to form a quantifiable target of theteaching quality monitoring system,to establish teachers annual appraisal quantification assessment and incentive mechanism,to build up ahierarchical classification of examination mechanism and the diversity index of talent quality assessment system.
