摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高ICU新入职护士综合能力中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,分析ICU新入职护士综合素质提升缓慢的原因,制定对策并实施,比较活动前(2015年12月—2016年1月)和活动后(2016年3月—4月)新入职护士考核情况。结果通过实施品管圈活动,ICU新入职护士考核综合失分率由活动前的23.43%降低到8.71%。结论品管圈活动可以提升ICU新进护理人员综合能力。ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofqualitycontrolcycle(QCC)ontheim-provement ofcomprehensiveabilityofICUNewly-recruitednurses.MethodsToanalyzethepotential reasons influencing the improvement of comprehensive ability in ICU newly-recruited nurse.The countermeasures to improve quality of teaching and management were carried out.The rate of loss in nursing assessment was compared before implementation of QCC(Between Decem-ber,2015and January,2016)and after implementation of QCC(Between March,2016and A-pril,2016).ResultsTherateoflossin nursingasessmentdroppedfrom23.43%beforeim-plementation of QCCto8.71%afterimplementof QCC.ConclusionQualitycontrolcycleisan effective tool to improve of comprehensive ability of ICU newly-recruited nurse.
