摘　　要：药物化学是药学与制药工程专业的必修课之一,也是药学类重要的专业课程之一,它的特点是建立在多种化学学科和生物学科基础上,与化学、医学、生物学等学科相互渗透。为了提高应用型人才的培养质量,本文主要讨论了地方性师范院校江西科技师范大学药学院药学类专业"药物化学"课程教学改革与探索,着重阐述了课程教学改革的实施方案和效果。Medicinal chemistry is one of the compulsory courses in pharmacy and pharmaceutical engineering.It is also one of the important courses of pharmacy.It is based on a variety of chemical disciplines and biology disciplines,and chemistry,medicine,biology and other disciplines.In order to improve the training quality of applied talents,this paper mainly discusses the teaching reform and exploration of the course of"Medicinal Chemistry"in pharmacology majors of local normal universities,and emphasizes the implementation of curriculum reform.
