摘　　要：本文经过调查研究,了解达州市幼儿教师专业能力、知识与经验、基础能力、师德与健康现状,发现达州市公立幼儿园教师的胜任力水平得分除师德与健康特征外其他各项特征水平均高于私立幼儿园,公立幼儿园教师的整体胜任力较高。通过分析这一现状的原因,我们为达州市幼儿教师管理和胜任力提升提供依据。Through many investigations,the writer aims to understand kindergarten teachers in different aspects such as professional competence,knowledge and experience,basic capacities,ethics and health conditions.It is found that the competence score of public kindergarten teachers surpass those in private kindergartens except ethics and health conditions,and public kindergarten teachers have higher overall competence.To analyze the reason of this fact can provide a basis not only for managing kindergarten teachers,but also for improving kindergarten teachers'competence in Dazhou.
