摘 要:目的:探讨在肿瘤内科临床教学中基于网络环境下的CBL联合PBL教学模式的应用。方法:在临床教学中应用CBL联合PBL教学法,并借助网络学习,观察效果。结果:实习生基础知识、操作技能2项测试,实习后成绩均优于实习前。结论:基于网络环境下的CBL联合PBL教学模式的应用有助于学生更牢固地掌握医学知识,培养临床思维能力,调动学生的积极性;规范了教学流程,并有助于教师整体素质的提高。Objective:To explore the application of CBL combined with PBL in clinical teaching of oncology internal medicinebased on network environment.Methods:CBL and PBL teaching methods were applied in clinical teaching by network learning,andthe effect was observed.Results:After internship results,the interns basic knowledge and operational skills these two test scoreswere better than before the internship.Conclusion:The application of CBL combined PBL teaching model based on networkenvironment will help students more firmly master medical knowledge,train clinical thinking ability and arouse their enthusiasm.Itcan standardize the teaching process and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of teachers.
