摘　　要：基于ISO9000族系列标准设计高职院校现代学徒制教育服务满意度测评问卷,并以某首批现代学徒制试点高职院校为例,开展现代学徒制教育服务满意度测评研究,以期具体考察学生(学徒)入学教育服务状况和在校期间教育服务状况,最后总结此次测评研究结论,并说明优先改进方向。Design in higher vocational colleges based on series of ISO9000family standard modern apprenticeship education service satisfaction assessment questionnaire,and taking a first batch of pilot modern apprentice system in higher vocational colleges,for example,to carry out the modern apprenticeship education service satisfaction survey research,in order to concrete examination students(apprentice)entrance education service and education service during the period of school conditions,finally summarizes the evaluation research conclusi on,indicating the improvement direction.
