基于培养竞争与合作意识的小群体游戏教学模式

摘　　要：竞争意识与合作态度是影响团队效率和成绩的重要因素之一,是现代社会生存所必需的素质,而小群体游戏对于培养学生的竞争意识与团队合作态度是有益的。小群体游戏教学模式有三个模块:(1)模拟家庭成员之间合作的家庭化模块;(2)模拟公司同事之间合作与竞争的生活化模块;(3)模拟社会团体同行之间关系的社会化模块。这一教学模式使体育游戏在社会化、生活化和家庭化方面发挥作用,有利于培养学生的竞争与合作意识。The sense of competition and cooperation is one of the important factors that affect the team efficiency and performance.They arealso the necessary quality of modern society.Small group game can help developing the students'competitive consciousness and cooperation.In this paper,the teaching mode of small group game is mainly made up of three modules,the first one is the simulation of the cooperation among family members;the second is to simulate the cooperation and competition between colleagues;the third one is a social module which is to simulate the counterpart of the relationship between social groups,thus sports games can play a role in family and society.
