高职院校大学生创业岗位体验教育的现状及实施策略

摘　　要：当前,高职大学生就业问题越来越受到人们的关注和重视,就业难始终是当前社会发展过程中的一个重要问题。在这种就业难的大形势下,在高职院校开展好大学生创业教育具有重要现实意义。本文分析了传统创业教育模式的现状和利弊,着重剖析体验式岗位创业教育的新特征和重要作用,并对高职院校实施体验式岗位创业教育的路径。When more and more attention is paid to the placement of students from higher vocational schools suffering more from prevailing difficulties in job hunting than other social groups,the entrepreneurial experiencing education for them has become more practically important in these schools.In the paper below,an analysis was first made of current situation and both advantages and disadvantages of traditional entrepreneurship education and then some strategies related to the implementation of such an education was proposes on the basis of a discussion about its features and roles.
