摘　　要：分析了实验实训室建设与管理中存在的问题,指出实验实训室建设对品牌专业建设的重要性;在心理学建构主义理论、教学过程优化理论的指导下,针对高职院校的实践技能训练现状,提出了实验实训室建设要以学生为本的思路,完善实训考核机制、加强"双师型"队伍建设,以及创新实验实训室管理模式。The problems existing in the construction and management of the experimental training laboratories are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the construction of experimental training laboratories in higher vocational colleges is of great importance to the construction of brand specialities.Under the guidance of the theory of psychological constructivism and the optimization theory of teaching process,and based on the current situation of practical skill training in higher vocational colleges,the studentoriented idea is proposed for the construction of such laboratories,the practical training assessment mechanism is improved,the construction of the“Doublequalified”teachers’team is strengthened,and the management mode for such laboratories is innovated.
