摘  要:我国英语基础教育现状令人堪忧。由于受传统教学理念、教学评估、专家研究导向以及师资力量的影响与制约,使得广大基层对国家英语课程标准的理解不到位,英语课程实施不到位。针对母语识字模式的负迁移,教学效果的评估因素,以及英语教育专家的研究趋势所产生的负效应,提出相应的应对之策:形成有效的听说评价模式;建构有效的英语口语教学模式;强化英语教师口语能力的培训。There exist some problems in English education of primary schools Having been impacted and contained by traditional teaching ideas,evaluation,guidance of English experts and faculty in primary schools,English teachers didn’t concentrate on crucial points of National English Curriculum Standard,so that English curriculum implementation is not fulfilled These factors result in failures in English teaching of primary schools,which include negative transfer of Chinese character learning,teaching assessment and research trends of English experts Some countermeasures are proposed to solve these problems,which are more effective assessment of listening and speaking,better teaching model of spoken English,and improving teachers’oral English
