摘　　要：本文分析了三峡大学新办药学专业在实施全程导师制的基础上,完成本科毕业论文工作取得的一点成绩,以及所面临的一些问题,并基于马列主义意识能动性角度阐述了解决矛盾的关键在于各方要强化对毕业论文答辩工作重要性的认识,做好管理、导师、学生三个层面各自的工作,达到保障毕业论文质量的目的。This paper analyzes the three gorges university new medicine on the basis of the implementation of the entire tutorial system,complete the job of undergraduate course graduation thesis of achievements,some of the problems faced by,and based on Marxism-Leninism awareness initiative Angle elaborated the solution to the contradiction is the key to the parties should strengthen the recognition of the importance of the graduation thesis work,do a good job in management,tutors,students their own work,to guarantee the quality of the graduation thesis
