摘 要:学前教育是基础教育中的基础,伴随着社会的发展与转型,社会出现了分层发展的趋势,进而成为影响农村幼儿公平入园的瓶颈之一。结合60组家庭的实践调研,幼儿入园的困境主要呈现为幼儿园区域分布不均衡、财政投入较少、师资力量薄弱、不同阶层家庭经济和文化水平较低等问题。针对此,从政府合理设置幼儿园城乡区域分布、增加财政投入、加强师资建设、提高家庭经济文化水平等方面提出相应的对策,促进不同阶层的幼儿公平进入不同类型的幼儿园,并公平获得学前教育资源。Preschool education is the foundation of basic education,along with the development and transformation of society,social stratification has emerged,and then become one of the bottlenecks affecting rural children's fair access to the kindergarten.Combined with the practice investigation of60groups of families,the plight of kindergarten admission mainly presents the imbalance of regional distribution of kindergartens,less financial investment,weak teachers,low economic and cultural level of different families.This paper,therefore,put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the government’s setting up reasonable kindergarten in urban and rural areas distribution,increasing financial investment,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the family economic and cultural level,so as to promote children's fair access to different sectors of the different types of kindergartens,and fair access to preschool education resources.
