摘 要:现代学徒制教学模式将学校教育延伸到了企业,由学校和企业共同完成人才的培养工作。校企合作能否顺利实施的关键因素之一在于校企文化融合的程度。目前,校企文化融合尚存在文化的冲突、融合的深度和广度不够、注重短期效果等问题。需要建立冲突管理机制以化解校企文化冲突,借助现代学徒制以全方位推进校企文化融合,共建校企文化融合平台以推动校企文化的深度融合。Modern apprenticeship teaching mode makes the school education extend to enterprises,and complete the training of talents by schools and enterprises together.One of the key factor affecting the smooth implementation of work of schools and enterprises is the extend of cultural integration of schools and enterprises.At present,there are some problems such as cultural conflict,insufficient depth and breadth of the integration,emphasis on short-term effect,and so on,which is needed to establish the conflict management mechanism for the dissolving of the conflicts of hundred years between campus and enterprise culture,to promote the all-round integration of campus and enterprise culture by the system of modern apprenticeship,and to promote the integration of campus and enterprise culture by the joint construction of cultural integration platform.
