摘 要:为培育油茶优良品种及油茶籽油开发加工提供理论基础和技术支持,建立气相色谱-质谱分离鉴定脂肪酸成分及含量的分析方法,并对贵州自育油茶籽的含油率和脂肪酸成分进行测定。结果表明:采用Zebron-FFAP(0.25mm×0.25μm×30m)石英毛细管色谱柱,柱温箱升温程序:起始温度为100℃,以10℃/min升至160℃,保持5min,再以15℃/min升至240℃,保持15min;载气流速1mL/min;质谱采用全扫描模式,溶剂延迟3min。各组分的质量浓度在相应的浓度范围与峰高呈良好的线性关系,R2在0.997~0.999。贵州自育油茶品种黔碧2号、望油1号和黔碧1号含油水平较高,分别为54.95%、53.65%和52.35%。;其脂肪酸成分主要有油酸、亚油酸和棕榈酸等,其相对含量分别为80.66%、10.56%和5.33%。不饱和脂肪酸含量占总脂肪酸的90.15%~95.03%,饱和脂肪酸含量占4.95%~9.81%。To explore theoretical principle and technical support for the cultivation of fine varieties and development and processing of C.oleifera,a method was developed to separate,identify,and quantify fatty acids in C.oleiferaseeds oil using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results:The separation was performed on Quartz capillary chromatographic column Zebron-FFAP(0.25 mm ×0.25μm ×30 m),and the temperature program was as follows:increasing from 100℃to 160℃ at a rate of 10℃/min and holding for 5 min,then increasing to 240℃ at 15℃/min and holding for 15 min,the flow rate of carrier gas was 1 mL/min.The mass spectrometry was fully scanned and the solvent was delayed for 3 min.Each of compositions in the corresponding concentration range was in a good correlation coefficient with the peak height,R2 was between 0.997 and 0.999.The results indicate that the oil content of Liping 3,Qianbi 2 and Wangyou 1 with high content were 54.95%,53.65% and 52.35%,respectively.The major fatty acid compositions included oleate acid,linoleate acid,palmitate acid and their content were about 80.66%,10.56% and 5.33%,respectively.The contents of unsaturated ranged from 90.15% to 95.03% and saturated fatty acid ranged from 4.95% to 9.81% in the oil.
