浅析高职院校通识教育的发展困境和应对策略

摘　　要：随着素质教育的深入发展,在我国高等院校的教育过程中,通识教育已经逐渐成为了重要组成部分。但是,在高职院校的教育理念中,还没有形成比较系统、完善的通识教育理念,这就导致相关课程体系比较混乱、缺乏条理,师资队伍建设未能得到较好重视,学生在认识方面也存在比较大的偏差。本文主要是通过强化通识教育理念,建立较为全面的通识教育体系,打造学生喜闻乐见的精品通识课程等一系列措施来加强高职院校的通识教育,最终实现培养高素质技术技能型人才的高职院校育人目标。With the further development of quality education,general education has gradually become an important part in China's higher education.However,the concept of general education has not yet been systematically and well developed in the educational philosophy of higher vocational colleges,which leads to the chaotic and unstructured curriculum system.Besides,the teaching staff construction does not receive much attention,and students'understanding is also insufficient.By strengthening the concept of general education,this paper mainly establishes a relatively comprehensive general education system and establishes a series of quality general courses loved by students,in order to enhance general education in higher vocational colleges,and ultimately realize the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.
