协同视域下高校与社区教育发展策略研究

摘　　要：高校与社区教育协同发展,对于构建学习型社会具有重要意义。在二者协同发展中依然存在着教育资源共享意识较低;协同合作的方式单一;协同合作的稳定性缺少保障;社区教师资源贫乏等问题。本文对于这些问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决策略,如:开放高校物质教育资源与网络教育资源;开放社区企事业单位,共享教育实践资源;地方政府应在政策和资金方面进行支持;共享高校教师资源;建立社区合作中心和高校实践基地。The collaborated development of universities and community education is of great significance for the construction of a learning-oriented society.But in the collaborated development,there are still some problems,such as low consciousness of education resource sharing,single methods of collaboration and cooperation,a lack of guarantee for the stability of the collaboration and cooperation,and insufficient teachers.This paper analyzes the problems and puts forward the corresponding strategies,such as opening up university material resources and online education resources to the society,opening up community-owned enterprises and institutions and sharing educational practice resources,support from local governments in terms of policies and funds,sharing university teaching staff,establishing community cooperation centers and university practical bases.
