民办高职院校工商企业管理专业现代学徒制教学模式探讨

摘　　要：随着国家经济的快速发展,人才的竞争越发激烈。国家对于培养人才的规格提出了更高的要求。面对国家在管理类人才的巨大缺口,工商企业管理专业成为很多高校的热门专业。民办高职院校工商企业管理专业在人才培养中拥有自身的特色和优势,但同时也存在着发展的瓶颈,尤其是在学校与企业对接方面存在问题。现代学徒制作为帮助学生从学校过渡到企业的最佳模式,需将其与民办高职院校工商企业管理专业的人才培养相结合,探索出最佳的教育教学模式,帮助学生就业、择业,协助企业选拔人才,进而实现国家的人才培养目标。With China's economy developing rapidly,the competition for talents is becoming fiercer.As a result,our country is raising higher requirements for talents training.Faced with the huge shortage of management talents,the major of business management has become popular in many colleges and universities.The majors of business management in private vocational colleges have their own characteristics and advantages,but at the same time they also have difficulties,especially ones that exsist in the connection between colleges and enterprises.Modern apprenticeship,as the best system that can help students transit from colleges to business,is supposed to combine itself with the talents training in the major of business management in private vocational college,and to explore thebest teaching mode of the education,so as to help students get employed or choose their jobs,enterprises select talents,and reach the national target for talents training.
