摘　　要：阐述了儿童青少年情绪障碍的国内外现状,并从生物和社会两方面因素解释了儿童青少年情绪障碍的原因。通过比较国内外公平教育的现状,从政府支持、家庭养育和学校教育三方面提出了保障情绪障碍的儿童青少年享受教育公平权利的建议。This review expounds current research of emotional disorder among children and adolescents,and explains the causes of emotional disorder from biological influences and social environment.After comparing the current situation of educational equity at home and abroad,some advices are proposed from government support,family education and school education to ensure that the children and adolescents with emotional disorder are entitled to educational equity.
