摘  要:省属院校师范生的职业能力要求有其特殊性,进而影响对省属院校师范生教育教学能力培养的要求。当前省属院校师范生教育教学能力培养中存在的问题主要表现为:未能细化省属院校师范生的能力培养标准;缺乏对农村义务教育阶段教师素质的深入调研;专业学科之外的学科理论知识与教学能力不足;作为义务教育工作者的育人能力强化不够。为此,应当从理念革新、标准厘定、知识拓宽、能力强化四个角度入手,提升省属院校师范生教育教学能力的培养水平。The vocational ability requirements of normal students in provincial colleges and universities have their special characteristics,which will affect the requirements for training their educational and teaching ability. There are many problems in the cultivation of normal school students' educational and teaching ability,such as the lack of the refined standard of the ability cultivation of the normal school students,the shortage in-depth investigation on the quality of teachers in the compulsory education stage in rural areas,the deficiency in academic knowledge and teaching ability besides the professional discipline,the insufficiency of the education ability in compulsory education. Therefore,it is necessary to reform the belief,to reconstruct the standard,to broaden the knowledge and to strengthen the ability to improve the educational and teaching ability of the normal school students in provincial colleges and universities.
