摘  要:目的:通过运用高仿真模拟训练,模仿各种临床情景,给学生创造了工作情景、专业角色和特定的工作任务相关联的学习,使学生的专业能力得到整合性的训练,提高未来职业岗位的适应性。方法:选取2014级护理本科英语班为试验组,在临床内科护理学授课过程中采用高仿真情景模拟训练与CBL相结合的教学方式,2014级护理本科3班为对照组采取LBL模式(纯传统教学模式即课堂多媒体授课方式)与CBL相结合的教学方式。两组采用相同考核方式,并对学生进行评判性思维及教学效果的调查。结果:高仿真模拟情景实践教学后两组学生的评判思维能力比较,试验组总分(296.35±39.50)分,对照组总分(278.47±41.07)分,(t值5.634,P<0.005),理论综合和护理技能考核成绩比较中,试验组理论综合成绩(84.78±8.23)分,护理技能考核成绩(92.84±2.78)分,差异有统计学意义,均优于对照组。结论:提高了《内科护理学》教师的模拟临床实践能力和本科护生临床批判性思维能力,将高仿真情景模拟训练与CBL相结合的教学方法便于在临床护理学课程中推广。Objective Through the use of high simulation simulation training,to imitate a variety of clinical scenarios,to students to create a work situation,professional roles and specific tasks associated with learning,so that the professional ability of students to be integrated training to improve the adaptability of future professional positions.Method In this study,we selected the2014class of nursing undergraduate English as the experimental group,in the course of clinical internal medicine nursing teaching with high simulation scenarios and CBL combination of teaching methods,2014nursing class3as the control group to take LBL model(pure traditional Teaching mode that classroom multimedia teaching methods)and CBL combined teaching methods.The two groups used the same assessment methods,and students of critical thinking and teaching effectiveness of the investigation.Results The total score of the experimental group was(296.35±39.50),the total score of the control group was(278.47±41.07),(t=5.634,P<0.005),The experimental group of integrated theoretical results of(84.78±8.23),nursing skills assessment score of(92.84±2.78),were better than the control group.Conclusion Improve the ability of<Medical Nursing>teachers to simulate clinical practice ability and clinical critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students The teaching method combining high simulation situation simulation training and CBL is convenient to be popularized in clinical nursing curriculum.
