摘　　要：通过调研分析高职院校物流专业国际化人才培养状况,很多高职院校存在着国际化人才培养理念缺失,国际化人才培养目标定位不清晰,国际化人才培养的规格标准不明确等问题。应以国际化的视野重新定位人才培养目标,改革课程体系设置,加强国际环境的实训实习,参加国际职业技能竞赛,参加国际职业资格认证,加强国际合作与交流等途径,创新人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,为"一带一路"物流国际化提供人才支撑。Through investigation and analysis of the situation of international talents training in logistics major of higher vocational colleges,many higher vocational colleges have problems such as lack of international talent training concept,unclear orientation of international talent training objectives,unclear standards of international talent training and so on.It is necessary to reorient the goal of talent training from an international perspective,to reform the curriculum system,to strengthen the practical training practice in the international environment,to participate in the international vocational skill competition and the international vocational qualification certification,and to strengthen international cooperation and exchange,to innovate the mode of talent training,to improve the quality of talent training,so as to provide talent support for"The Belt and Road"logistics internationalization.
