摘 要:补偿注浆法作为一种常用的变形控制技术,在沉降控制方面已有广泛应用和研究,但在注浆对隧道水平变形纠偏方面的研究相对较少。以天津地区某实际工程为依托,开展了注浆控制隧道变形的现场试验,并结合考虑加固区非均匀膨胀效应的有限元方法,将补偿注浆对隧道水平变形的控制效果进行了深入研究和参数分析。研究结果表明,考虑注浆加固区非均匀膨胀效应时,有限元方法能够较好地模拟补偿注浆对隧道变形的影响。同时,得出了隧道水平位移与注浆量和注浆距离之间的关系,并提出"近距离,小方量"的注浆策略。Compensation grouting as a commonly used method for deformation control,has been widely used and researched in the control of settlement,but for the study of grouting in control and correction on the deformation of tunnel is relatively less.Basing on an engineering practice in Tianjin area,we carried out a site test on grouting of correcting tunnel deformation caused by adjacent excavation.Considering the reinforcement area of non-uniform expansion effect in fine finite element method,we conducted the study on control effect of compensation grouting on tunnel horizontal deformation and parametric analysis.The results show that the finite element method can simulate the effect of the compensation grouting on the deformation of the tunnel,considering the non-uniform expansion effect in grouting reinforcement area.At the same time,the relationship between the horizontal displacement of the tunnel and the amount of grouting and the grouting distance is obtained.And the"close distance,small quantity"grouting strategy was put forward.
