摘  要:教师是推进教育发展的关键因素,教师的专业能力是当前教育改革的支撑点,在当前的教育发展过程中,数学教师渐渐暴露出越来越严重的专业素质问题,其专业发展的缺失,影响了综合素质教育的进一步开展。通过对其专业发展趋势的分析研究,积极寻找对策,对于进一步提升数学教师专业素质和推进综合素质教育发展,有着极其重要的意义。Teachers are the key factors to promote education.Teachers professional ability is the support of the current educational reform.In the course of the current educational development,increasingly serious problems gradually appear in mathematics teachers professional quality.The deficiency of their professional development affects the further development of comprehensive quality education.Based on the research on the development trend of their profession,this paper tries to actively seek countermeasures,which is of great significance for the further enhancement of mathematics teachers professional quality and the development of comprehensive quality education.
