摘 要:目的:探讨分析临床实习医学生医学人文教育存在的问题,探寻相关问题的解决方法。方法:以某医学院进入临床实习的大三、大四学生及其带教老师为研究对象,发放调查问卷,进行数据分析。结果:实习医学生医学人文教育存在的问题主要在于医学生对医院的医学人文教育安排不满意,对医院的医学人文教育方法不满意,对带教老师对医学人文教育的态度不满意;带教老师对医学人文教育重视程度不够;实习医学生的价值观仍存在问题,以及医学生择业和考研的压力对医学人文教育的影响等。结论:临床实习医学生的医学人文教育还存在一系列问题,学校和医院都要加强对实习医学生的教育和管理,丰富人文教育的方法,带教老师应端正人文教育态度,从而保证实习医学生的人文教育落到实处。Objective:To analyze the existing problems of medical humanistic education in medical college students in clinical practice and explore the solutions to the related problems.Methods:A total of 1 200 college students and 100 teachers were enrolled.The investigation was done by self-designed questionnaire and the data were analyzed.Results:There were some problems in the medical humanistic education.Medical students in clinical practice were dissatisfied with the arrangement and the teaching methods of the medical humanistic education.Medical students were also not satisfied with the teachers'attitudes towards medical humanitic education.Teachers did not pay enough attention to medical humanitic education.And life values of some medical students still existed problem.The employment pressure and the pressure from preparing for the postgraduate entrance exam had some effect on the medical humanistic education.Conclusions:There are still some problems in medical humanistic education for medical college students in clinical practice,so schools and hospitals should strengthen the education and management of college students,and enrich the teaching methods of medical humanistic education.Teachers should correct the attitudes toward humanities education to ensure the education effect.
