摘　　要：台湾地区本科层次的高等技职教育比大陆的技术本科教育先行一步,其教育较为成熟,积累了丰富的办学经验。研究台湾地区应用型本科大学的人才培养模式,提出我国应用型本科人才培养应该明确人才培养目标的定位、突显实践能力与核心能力、发挥校企合作教学优势、提高课程实用性与教学弹性的思路与政策建议,对于确立具有应用型本科自身特色的人才培养模式具有重要的参考价值。Higher technical and vocational education of undergraduate level in Taiwan goes a little ahead of that in China Mainland.It is more mature,with more experiences.With the researches on the personnel training model in application-oriented universities in Taiwan,we suggest that we should specify the personnel training goal in our application-oriented universities.We should highlight the practical ability and core competence.Meanwhile,we should give full play to the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation in teaching,also we should improve the practicability of courses and teaching flexibility.These proposals are good references to establishing the personnel training model with its own characteristics in application-oriented universities.
