摘  要:用乙醇回流提取法获得毛柄短肠蕨(Allantodia dilatata)的提取物,通过紫外-可见分光光度法对提取物中多酚类化合物含量进行测定,实验结果显示提取物中多酚类化合物含量为16.88%;采用DPPH法和ABTS法对提取物进行抗氧化活性测定,2种方法测得其抗氧化活性的IC_(50)值分别为28.0μg/mL和30.0μg/mL,结果表明提取物具有显著的抗氧化活性;实验测得提取物在体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的IC_(50)值为(40.8±5.4)μg/mL,表明毛柄短肠蕨具有良好的降糖活性.In order to evaluate the antioxidant andα-glucosidase inhibitory activities of Allantodia dilatata,the total polyphenols components,as well as the clearance rate of DPPH radical and ABTS radical were detected with UV-Visible spectrophotometric methods.In addition,the inhibitory effect onα-glucosidase was also determined.The results showed that the total phenolics content of the methanol extracts was 16.88%.Further studies showed that the methanol extracts of A.dilatata had certain scavenging ability on DPPH and ABTS free radicals,the IC 50 were 28.0μg/mL and 30.0μg/mL,respectively.In addition,the extracts also exhibited theα-glucosidase in vitro with IC 50 of(40.8±5.4)g/mL and indicated that crude extracts has good hypoglycemic activity.
